Mr. Spencer has been practicing law for thirteen years and has worked in the
areas of Workers’ Compensation, Social Security and Veterans' Disability for
fifteen
years.

In the past 5 years Mr. Spencer has gotten more

$15 million in compensation for our clients. He has secured our firm's
largest Workers’ Compensation settlements. His win-percentage for Social
Security cases

Mr. Spencer has also won many Social Security appeals in Federal Court.

Education:
Mr. Spencer attended the University of Colorado
School of Law, and has a Master's degree in Political Science and
Constitutional Law from the University of Colorado.
He graduated in the top four percent
of his law class at the University of Colorado School of Law.
Ms. Spencer started the firm as a solo-attorney practice in 1990. Prior to going into
private practice, Ms. Spencer worked as a prosecutor for the King County
District Attorney's Office in Seattle, Washington.
Ms. Spencer served
on the Colorado Division of Workers’ Compensation RSD/CRPS task force which
developed the Workers’ Compensation Treatment Guidelines for use in RSD/CRPS
claims. She has handled discrimination cases in federal court under the
Americans With Disabilities Act. Ms. Spencer is admitted to practice in Colorado and Washington
state, as well as the Federal District
Court of Colorado and the Federal Western District of Washington.
