Patrick C. H. Spencer II, Esq.
Managing Partner

Mr. Spencer has been practicing law for eleven years and has worked in the areas of Workers’ Compensation and Social Security for thirteen years. Mr. Spencer has secured many of the largest Workers’ Compensation settlements in the history of the firm. In the past 5 years he has obtained over $13.5 million in compensation for his clients. His win-percentage is over 90%.

Recently, Mr. Spencer successfully argued a Workers' Compensation case in front of the Colorado Supreme Court. Listen to the oral argument in the Williams case.

Mr. Spencer has also handled many successful Social Security appeals in Federal Court. He is admitted to practice in front of the State Supreme Court of Colorado, the Federal District Court for the District of Colorado, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans' Claims.

Mr. Spencer graduated in the top four percent of his class at the University of Colorado School of Law. He has a Master’s degree in Political Science and Constitutional Law from the University of Colorado.

Ms. Spencer has represented Worker’s Compensation and Social Security Disability claimants for 21 years, and has handled discrimination cases in federal court under the Americans With Disabilities Act. Ms. Spencer served on the Colorado Division of Workers’ Compensation RSD task force which developed the Workers’ Compensation Treatment Guidelines for use in RSD claims. Ms. Spencer is admitted to practice in the Federal District Court of Colorado and the Federal Western District of Washington.

Attorneys fees for workers compensation & social security casesThe fee for almost all Workers’ Compensation,  Social Security and Veterans' Disability cases is based on a percentage of the money we get for you.

In addition to fees, clients are responsible for paying out-of-pocket expenses associated with their case. Examples of costs are: medical evaluations, vocational reports, depositions and expert medical testimony.
